At the signing ceremony, H.E. Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani represented the Qatari side as the head of the Qatar Olympic Committee. Ambassador of Hungary to the State of Qatar H.E. Barnabás Fodor also attended the ceremony after providing great help and support during the phase of negotiations.
